Roger Milla and Samuela Isopi seal a new partnership

It is through the symbolic ribbon cutting that the two ambassadors have established links between their countries through sport as the "Casa Italia" were at the Congress Palace in Yaounde on 9 December 2014.

Many visitors headed to the "Casa Italia" or house of Italy, which opened its doors through Samuela Isopi, Ambassador of Italy in Cameroon accompanied by Roger Milla as guest of honor and several Italian and Cameroonian businessmen and the media.

During the press conference, Samuela Isopi recalled the validity of the partnership between Cameroon-Italy and stressed the need for Cameroon to work hand in hand with Italian entrepreneurs whose presence felt at this major economic event is not a chance. "They are here to help Cameroonian businessmen in the development of economic activities," she said.

Between the lines, she said that this partnership is the result of excellent teamwork between diplomatic representation and the Italian system in Cameroon.

The exceptional day at the "Casa Italia" was symbolized by ribbon cutting. Under the high patronage of HE Roger Milla, the cut sealed the new partnership between Italy and Cameroon through sport.

At a stand with a show called "Terranova Space", two daily shows of Italian fashion and Cameroon were presented to the public not without citing different areas with the cooperation of local businesses.

"Casa Italia" as clarified Samuela Isopi, also welcomed the "success stories" of Cameroonian youth trained in Italy who have created their small and medium enterprises and contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation. Also, the ambassador thanked the companies Ferrero, Pirelli, Illy, partners of "Casa Italia" for their continued support. Visitors were treated to a fashion show and a "Nutella Party".

It should be recalled that Promote which opened Saturday, December 6 at the Congress Palace in Yaounde, ends Sunday, December 14.
