Ramadan begins against a backdrop of inflation in markets

The Muslim Ramadan fast began Sunday in Cameroon against a backdrop of inflation of food products on the market noted APA.


This situation particularly noted in the northern regions of the country as a result of the high concentration of Muslims, is manifested by an increase of the prices of the commodities on the stalls.


And while some observers keenly point an accusing finger on rogue traders who create shortages to drive up prices, the authorities announce mobile sale of consumer products and promotional campaigns.
