Promote 2014: Customer is really king!

The notion of giving value to customers had almost been an exception rather than a rule in the country.

But the ongoing 2014 Promote has revived the good business behaviour making visitors, even those on sightseeing, to be given kingly treatments. “Welcome sir, madam to our stand. We have a lot for you. Come and discover…” are what hostesses clad in special attires mostly colours of the company they are working for, give out to everybody around the stands in the exhibition village.

“Even companies that neglect us sometimes are giving us all the time at Promote,” a visitor said. “They have got no choice because companies are aplenty and should they repeat what they have been doing, no one will pass near them and you can imagine the consequences,” another visitor retorted.
