A delegation of the Algerian Company of Fairs and Exhibitions (SAFEX) will be in Cameroon as part of preparations for the Algerian fair to be held in the first quarter of next year in Douala.
This visit aims to get more details on the date of the event, the site already available, and the number of companies that will participate in this meeting of business.
Based on this perspective, SAFEX just completed the first edition of the Algerian Fair in Yaounde. It is seen as an offensive charm that Algerian companies benefited "to test the waters" including a dozen companies that exhibited their skills.
The targeted sectors are construction, household appliances, textile, pharmaceutical industry or the food, among others.
The organization of economic days should coincide with the opening announced by Air Algeria, air transport lines linking Algiers to Douala and Yaounde, Cameroon's two main cities.
This arrival in Cameroon of Algerian airline would help boost trade that is still very modest between the two countries.
