Under the new law of finances, mobile operators will have to pay 2% of their revenue on telephone and internet service.

Mobile phone operators will have to pay 2% of their turnover, for mobile telephone and internet service from the beginning of next year, as part of the new budget law for the year 2016.

Increasingly clear, for each call made by a subscriber, each operator will have to pay money to the state, a measure which should lead to lower communication costs, in order for these companies to pay less tax.

Good news for consumers at the end of the year, who constantly complain of call costs which is still too high in Cameroon.
