Eximbank to finance Institute of Science, Innovation and Technology

The Cameroonian and Turkey government will soon sign a financing agreement, for the construction of an Institute of Science, Creativity, Innovation and Technology, said Omer Farouk Dogan, the Ambassador of Turkey at the end of his stay in Cameroon.

During a fair well hearing at the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation, the Turkish diplomat, who did not reveal the amount of investment, said that the funding will be provided by Turkish Eximbank.

Omer Farouk Dogan believes that through this institute, Cameroon will be a “model in the Central Africa sub-region in the development of science and technology and innovation.”

During the stay of Omer Farouk Dogan in Cameroon, the cooperation between the two countries has increased with significant funding.
