CarDispo is a new Cameroonian start-up specializing in taxi bookings to make it easier for the public to get a means of transport at any time of the day.

Bruno Soufo, young promoter of the Cameroonian Novazen start-up, is the brain behind this latest discovery.

It is an application that allows its users to book taxis location from their mobile phones or the Internet. It is, said the promoter of Novazen, the first application of its type in Cameroon and on the whole of the Central African region.

The fares charged by taxis of the Novazen network are virtually the same as those approved by the Cameroonian authorities, that is between 3,000 FCFA and 5000 FCFA be it for run arounds or as a regular taxi or VIP vehicle. According to Bruno Soufo, CarDispo service will officially start between November and December 2015 in two Cameroonian cities; Yaoundé and Douala.

According to Novazen, which will extend CarDipo across the Cameroon territory and with eyes on all the Central Africa region, a new version of the application is currently under development. It will help inform users on the traffic situation in the different cities of the country on time. This will help them avoid the long traffic hours.
