Cameroonian society of dairy products, known under the name, Camlait, has increased its share capital by over one billion Cfa Francs, revealed a legal notice published by this agro-industrial company.
The capital of the company has thus moved from 2.2 billion Cfa francs to over 3.3 billion Cfa francs. The Operational capital increase of Camlait was done based on the legal notice, through the creation of '111 138 new shares of 10,000 Cfa Francs to be released by adding the revaluation reserve.
The small limited liability company founded in 1972 with a capital of 15 million francs Cfa, Camlait, which for years has dominated the market of dairy products (including yogurt) in Cameroon, also has a subsidiary in Central African Republic (car) and also markets its products in Gabon and Congo.
In recent years, the company has diversified its offer, including products with soy, drinks with extracts of fruit juice, as well as a line of margarine products.
