CDiscount to launch online sales

CDiscount announced the creation of a joint company of online sales in Africa, in association with the Bolloré Africa Logistics Group last year June. This joint venture stemmed from the respective strengths of the two groups: Cdiscount expertise in e-commerce in France and Bolloré Africa Logistics skills in logistics in Africa.

On December 1, 2014, this French Casino Group announced the launch of Cdiscount in Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal. According to Casino officials, Cameroonian Cdiscount guests have access to more than 50,000 references available on the site, with prices expected to be "the cheapest on the market.

Customers can also make their orders by mobile, at cash withdrawal point, cash upon delivery at home or credit cards. For the launch of the site, a choice between two methods of delivery will be proposed, at home, or recall points.
