Bridge Africa Corporation launches new program

The Multimedia Business oriented Corporation Bridge Africa has launched a connectivity and productivity program this Friday, 13th February, 2015.

The programme was launched during a seminar in Yaounde to raise awareness on the use of Information Communication Technology.

The connectivity and productivity program is a web development platform which allows individuals to create websites in a short period of time at no cost and to promote themselves, their services and products. It helps subscribers use the system directory to situate others. During the launching ceremony, the Bridge Africa project was presented which entails connecting about 80.000 Cameroonians to the website.

According to the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Bridge Africa, Maxine Moffett this will be enabled through the putting in place of training courses and experts in the field to train persons how to create a website. She added that the programme seeks to foster regional integration thus giving socio-economic actors the opportunity to participate in the global economy.

One of the innovative features is the offline website creator service which enables people to create a website using their mobile phone by sending an SMS.

A commercial page was projected which explains how persons can access the website, subscribe to the connectivity and productivity program and participate in other programs. Bridge Africa since its creation in 2012 helps the community to save time while using technology.
