The Ivorian Atlantique Group (banking, mobile telephony, insurance, etc.) has announced the establishment of an industrial consortium of cocoa in Cameroon, according to the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development Planning (MINEPAT).
This revelation came a day after the arrival of a delegation of businessmen led by the President of the group which is also known as one of the first fortunes in Ivory Coast, Koné Dossongui.
The project includes the installation of a cocoa processing industry, the creation of several cocoa which will consist of an irrigation drip system in order to supply the industry and the establishment of a unit supervision of cocoa means producers, with a view to ensuring the continuous availability of the raw material.
According to MINEPAT it is "an innovative project in Africa" for all partners who are in the process of appropriating the initiative that yields "great progress."
