8 project managers to step up agricultural production

The call was made yesterday, 22nd June 2016 by the Secretary General of the Ministry Ako’o Akouafane while installing them into their new posts of Responsibilities.

As project managers they, are expected to improve the cocoa and coffee, banana, rice maize, pineapple production etc in the country.

They will also ensure the production of high yield seedlings; fertilizers; create and train more producers; employ many jobless youths; increase the donation of farming tools to workers, reduce the importation of rice maize and others.

For this to work, they would have to respect and submit to hierarchy, work as a team with collaborators, respect the agric calendar, be accountable for the human resource material and finances put at their disposals.
