Presbyterian christians donate towards Boko Haram war

Christians of the Eglise Prebyterienne Camerounaise (EPC) and those of the Eglise Presbyterienne Camerounaise Orthodox (EPCO) have donated money and food items to assist the military and victims of the Boko Haram insurgency in North Cameroon.

The 3.5 million CFAF envelope including 50 bags of rice were handed over to the Governor of the Centre region, Joseph Otto Wilson for onward transmission to the Far North region.

The ceremony took place at the Yaounde 101 military air base in the presence of other military personnel.

The package adds up to the numerous donations made by individuals and groups, intended to support the military and displaced persons in the Far North region.
