Clergymen exhorted to renew vocation

Priests of the Diocese of Kumbo have been exhorted to be committed to their vocation.

The call was made during the General Assembly of the Association of Diocesan Priests, ADP, which took place at the Saint Martin De Porres Mission in Binju-Nkambe.

During the event, the men of God were reminded of their daunting tasks and responsibilities which must be carried out with faith and trust in God.

They were equally challenged to be examples in their various communities. On the other hand, the laities were called upon to pray for their priests against trials and temptations.

In the Pope’s letter addressed to Bishops, clergy, consecrated persons; the Pontiff emphasised on the “proclamation of the Gospel in today’s World.” The priests shared their experiences and to dine together as members of the same flock.
