Yaounde Bible College graduates 18

It was an exceptional day for the staff and students of the Great Commission Bible College Cameroon in Yaounde on Saturday July 26, 2014.

Some 18 students of the first and second batch of students of the Great Commission Bible College Cameroon received their testimonials. The trainees were students of the first year and second year students of the 2013-2014 academic year.

Speaking at the occasion, the Vice President of the Great Commission Bible College, Bill Patterson the mission of the Great Commission Bible College is the secret of the Great Commission Jesus Christ gave to his disciples which is to go and make disciples. He said the goal is to produce disciples so that those who learn from them will also do the same thing that is teaching the word of God.

“The only way we can go to the whole world is to teach disciples so that they can go and make more disciples,” he said. A total of 38 students registered for the 2013-2014 academic year. Ten trained through distant learning while 28 trained on the campus. Out of 38 students only 18 students passed the final examination.

The Great Commission Bible College Cameroon (CGCBC) is a theological college which has its in Yaounde for the CEMAC member states. The college trains Christians and church ministers in theology and practical aspects of social life for the management of people and the church in society.

The major objective is to train spiritual competences by impacting the life of Christ in them and spread the vision of Christ in the world and giving the necessary tools to church ministers, among others.
