A similar incident took place on friday 15/01/2016, where a bike rider was equally beaten up by the gendarmes on post an the secretary of state for defense (gendarmerie national) at exactly 5,30PM because he delayed in stopping at the passage of one of their instructor, a white. the wanted to tell the white a captain, how is is honored. the white was even laughing as he drove pass them.
