The accident that occurred on Thursday March 26, remains the topic on everyone's lips in the Region.

Security and administrative officials who have been carrying out investigations but opinions out there assert that both drivers were at fault, that is the driver of the truck and the driver of the 70 seater inter-urban transportation bus belonging to Tourist Express.

The responsibility is shared because, it was a rainy day and visibility was at its worst but precautions were not taken by both drivers.

Once again because of irresponsible drivers the country is in mourning as 17 people died at the spot. Eventually, the total death toll reached 20 apart from 22 others who are seriously wounded.
