Yaounde: 22nd congress of the Cameroon Society of Ophtamology

The 22nd Congress of the Cameroon Society of Ophthalmology is underway in Yaounde centred on the theme: “The Pathology of the posterior segment of the eye.”

Health experts are meeting to discuss the various means of handling the diseases related to the non-visible parts of the eye.

The 22nd congress which will hold for three days will converge
Ophthalmologists, Opticians, and Ophthalmic nurses who will be sharing experiences on the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of rear eye complications.

The congress’ objectives are centered on reducing eye related diseases in the country.
