The NCC has not performed its duty - Banda Kani

Worse, the Minister of Communication, who defends the interests of the state in terms of communication, questioned the NCC on certain excesses that demeans the head of state. The NCC has violently rejected the Minister of Communication. Clearly we have here, a double standard."

Moreover, Banda Kani states that the mandate of the NCC, provided that the document denominating the Africa Media sanction, have fallen. "The implementation period of the sanction is from June. In the document denominating Afrique Media’s sanction, it says "from".
