Journalist Noe Ndjebet Massoussi dies at 50

Secretary General of the National Syndicate of Cameroon journalists and former Editorial Secretary of the daily Le Messenger, passed on in the early hours of Monday, 29th December 2014. His death was very abrupt because he showed no sign of illness prior to his death.

The remains of Noe Ndjebet Massoussi has been deposited at Garrison Hospital mortuary in Douala.

According to his family, Noe, as affectionately called by his colleagues, complained of some discomfort before he went to take his shower around 7 o'clock in the morning.

"On Sunday 28th, December 2014, we were together until late at night when we dropped him off at his home. This morning, he woke up normally and went to take his shower. Curious as to why he was keeping long in the bathroom, his wife went to check on him and found him unconscious and foaming. He however died on their way to the hospital" noted Albert Atangana Fouda, vice President of the Association of sport journalists of Cameroon (AJSC).

Dying at age 50, Noe's meritorious contribution to trade unionist will leave a huge gap to be filled on television and radio studios.
