Aboubakar and four others return to the call-up

Cameroonian striker joins Fabiano, Maicon, Alex Sandro and Casemiro for the match against Paços de Ferreira.

After returning from his participation in the Cup of African Nations (CAN), Vincent Aboubakar was called by Julen Lopetegui for the match against Paços de Ferreira, scheduled for this Sunday, at 20h15, in Estádio do Dragão.

Fabiano, Maicon, Alex Sandro and Casemiro were also called by the Spanish coach for the 19th fixture of the Portuguese League.

In comparison to the last call-up, against Académica, for the third fixture in the third stage of the League Cup, out are goalkeeper Ricardo, defenders Martins Indi (banned) and José Ángel, midfielder Campaña and striker Gonçalo Paciência, who continued to train with the main squad, as did Víctor García.

In today’s training session, at the Centro de Treinos e Formação Desportiva Porto/Gaia, in Olival, the main news was the return of Aboubakar, arriving from Guinea, where he played for the Cameroonian national team, in the CAN.

Adrián López, who did only treatment to an injury, and Brahimi, still playing for Algeria, were absent from training.
