Indomitable Lions go through doping Test

On instructions of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), Samuel Eto'o and his teammates went through a doping control conducted by a panel of six European doctors.

27 Indomitable Lions convened by Coach, Volker Finke for the preparatory stage of the Brazil 2014 World Cup started their training camp on May 20 in Kufstein, Austria. They all underwent testing early in the morning before the first daily workout.

"Fortunately, and as usual, there is nothing to fear. No specific abnormalities were reported so far nor any accident or incident, "says Raphael Nkoa, Team Press Officer of the national football team.

The anti-doping control imposed on the Cameroonian team did not affect the atmosphere at camp. The team remained focused and in addition to their regular workouts they went through three training sessions; ball control, weights and body treatment and assessment of World Cup opponents.
