U-20 Lions set to fight for victory - Belinga

U-20 assistant coach, Alexandre Belinga is confident that his squad would fight like warriors to pick a victory against the Bayana Bayanas.

Speaking to lions4life after the training at the Amadou Ahidjo Stadium, he said the team has been training normally and is getting set for the Nations Cup qualifier match on Saturday.

However, “the only difficulty we have is the late arrival of professional players and Cotonsport players.

“We have been working with a group and the others only arrived about three days ago thus creating lots of problems for us but …” Being a young team that has not existed before, Belinga is of the opinion that cohesion and automation are not easy to arrive at presently.

But, going by him, what the team needs come Saturday is 13 to 15 warriors to make a difference against South Africa.
