The Indomitable Lions practice in Mfandena

It was without their captain that the Indomitable Lions had their last training session this Friday at Omnisport Stadium Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaoundé before leaving to Brazil for the World Cup.

Coach Volker Finke and his men showed up in Mfandena on time as stated on the schedule; only two players were missing: Samuel Eto'o and Jean Makoun.

On the eve of the friendly match scheduled this Saturday against Moldova, Volker Finke and his staff did not lose a second to get to work.

Jacques Songo'o, the goalkeeper coach, went on a corner to do some specific exercises with his goalkeepers.

Stéphane Mbia and the physical trainer Christophe Manouvrier were also in a corner for individual exercises; meanwhile the rest of the group was in the midfield, led by Volker Finke and his assistants Martin Ndtoungou Mpile and Ibrahim Tanko.

Fans were also present at the stadium to show their support and encouragements to the Lions.
