Premier League clubs Sunderland and Crystal Palace have reportedly made Cameroon striker Benjamin Moukandjo a target for the next transfer window.

According to the Daily Mail, the Premier League duo are both keen on the West African attacker, who would cost somewhere in the region of £8-million.

Moukandjo, who is currently on the books of Lorient and has struck 12 Ligue 1 goals this season, has also turned out for Monaco, Nancy and Reims in his professional career.

He also has significant international experience with Cameroon, having represented the national team over 20 times and been part of the squads at both the 2014 World Cup and 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The 27-year-old was reportedly watched by scouts of both clubs when the played for Lorient against Toulouse in Ligue 1 on Saturday evening.
