New Lions squad in camp

The new line-up of the Cameroon National football team has been officially presented to the public this Monday, 1st September 2014.

Head coach Volke Finke presented the refurbished team with Stephan Mbia Etoundi as Captain Cameroonians at the start of training at the Confederation of African Football, CAF Excellence Centre in Mbankomo, at outside Yaounde where the team is in camp ahead of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Newly appointed Indomitable Lions team Captain; Stephan Mbia Etoundi is expected to imbibe team mates a sense of patriotism, discipline and the wining Lions’ spirit which has suffered recurrent shameful defeats since 2010.

The team’s litmus test will be the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier match against the Democratic Republic of Congo on the 15th September 2014.

Hours before the lion’s went to the camping, Cameroonians are of the mind that, their immediate objective should be to build a prospectively solid team rather than victory at all costs to qualify for the Nations Cup Morocco 2015.
