Matip is making his return to the Lion’s den for the first time after the failed 2014 World Cup. The central defender of the German Bundesliga club Schalke 04 turned his back on the national team begging for a break which has surely come to an end.
The local player are Moussa Bana of Cotonsport of Garoua. Meanwhile, the new comer to the Lions den is Dana Ndi of Sporting Gijon who will give assistance in the attack.
Absent from the list is Georges Mandjeck, Patrick Ekeng and Pierre Sylvain Abogo who were part of the squad that represented the country in the Equatorial Guinea expedition.
Cameroon would play Indonesia on the March 25th and Thailand on March 30 in warm-up game during the FIFA days.
