Finke expected in Yaoundé, July 8

In agreement with the leaders of the Cameroonian delegation to Brazil, Volker Finke, the Indomitable Lions coach, is expected to be in Cameroon before July 8, 2014.

According to Camfoot, the German tactician currently oversees several meetings of the World Cup.

Camfoot also learned that Raphael Nkoa the team press officer was commissioned by Volker Finke to make this information public.

The entourage made up of the coach is expected to identify the cause of the team’s disastrous World Cup campaign and find remedies to forestall a recurrence in future.

Answering questions from the press after the defeat against Brazil, Volker Finke, said he was going to maintain his role as the team’s coach till the end of his contract.

"..I executed my task perfectly because Cameroon couldn’t qualify for the last two AFCONs and playing at the World Cup in 2014 is a great achievement and I am happy about that though we could not progress beyond the group stages,” the German trainer asserted.
