FECAFOOT GA slated for next week

The President of the Fecafoot Normalisation Committee, Prof. Joseph Owona has convened an extra-ordinary General Assembly for August 23.

Following the press release signed on August 12, the only point on the agenda is the adoption of the statutes and the electoral code.

Given that the statutes and electoral code were delivered to the delegates last week, the release indicates that observations should be sent to Fecafoot secretariat by August 20.

Meanwhile, debates have been going on in the media on the salient issues about the statutes and electoral code. In this vein, many have said under the new conditions, the present Secretary General of Fecafoot, Tombi A Roko Sidiki is eligible.
