Suspected murderer of Kribi advisor arrested

The first suspect in the murder case of the Kribi urban community advisor, René Blanche Ngosso Etoutouer, was arrested by the central police station of Kribi last weekend.

He was referred to the Prosecutor's office yesterday.

Simon Sassadé was arrested July 2 by investigators from the central police station while he was using a SIM card belonging to the deceased. Another clue that led to his arrest was that, he left Kribi to Yaoundé on the day of the assassination.

Ngosso Etoutouer’s lifeless body was found tied up in his home in the Talla district on the morning of December 17, 2014.

The first report on the investigation given to the gendarmerie brigade was on the issue of settling disputes. With this first suspect, more questions will be answered on the case.
