Officials of Ministry of Higher Education visit School of Business Administration

In service, executives at the Ministry of Higher Education (Ministry of Higher Education) are not always the flavour of some works of the administration.

In this regard, some admit that they also do not master the circuit of an administrative file. "Very often all that remains is to focus on the job without having the curiosity to be interested in what happens in another direction. The result is a record that might pass as a letter in the mail because we did not submit to the right thing. Consequently, we must resume the process," says a staff.

It is to overcome these shortcomings that Pr. Jacques Fame Ndongo, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of Academic Orders, chaired the training session on capacity building of its staff in administrative techniques and working methods. He also invited them to the good control of training modules in order to provide expertise in the seamless transmission of different files.

For three days, executives were able to distinguish between sensitive files that can be saved as confidential mail and ordinary folders whose check-in is at the central mail. To this are added the precautions to take to ensure traceability of records.

"If the same file is listed on two services or two separate officials, they will address all at the behest of manager or service listed first on the original, if both are cited. Otherwise each will process his side and return it to the one in charge, the major responsibility is incumbent on the one who received the original," said Edouard Oum, former Permanent Secretary for Administrative Reform and trainer.
