Maroua Red Cross warehouse reduced by fire

All the medical stocks of the international Red Cross society in a warehouse situated in the kosseyel beiy neighbourhood in Maroua have been reduced to ashes by fire.

The rest of the humanitarian support items estimated at tens of thousands of tons would have also gone on flames were it not for the intervention of the Maroua rescue and fire fighting brigade.
