Man electrocuted to death in Ndu

Fai Joseph Nfor, a 24-year-old man and achaba rider has been electrocuted to death in Ndu in the Donga Mantung Division of the Northwest.

According to information gathered, Fai Joseph Nfor aka Bobo Jojo was trying to connect electricity from a neighbour's house to his own house when the sad incident occurred.

A family source revealed that at the time Fai Joseph was working on the cable connection, there were no lights. Ignorant of the fact that electricity doesn’t signal when it is coming back, he was using his bare hands in the cable connection.

Unfortunately, the cable came alive while he was in the process of connecting the cables killing him on the spot.

"The rampant electricity cuts in Donga Mantung Division have reached crisis level. There is no single day that the area records less than 10 electricity cuts" residents decried amidst the news of BObo's death.

Many are blaming his death on the electricity supply company which switches the electricity on or off without prior announcement.

It should be noted that Bobo Jojo was married and father of four.
