Hon. Nanga Georgette offers scholarships, gifts

The Member of Parliament for the Yaounde V council area, Hon. Nanga Marthe Geogette Clarice epse Menana has sent some Baccalaureate holders, motor bike riders and women smiling by offering them scholarships and work tools respectively.

The life-changing ceremony took place at the Yaounde V party house which yesterday October 30, 2014 within the framework of the MP’s presentation of her parliamentary activities.

In all, over 25 scholarships were awarded and farm tools amongst which are pulverisers, machetes, trucks, spades, water cans and hoes to some 46 associations in the Yaounde V municipality. Some youths were also awarded testimonials on Information and Communication Technologies.

Hon. Nanga Georgette promised full and sustained support to the people whom she described as influential during accession to the National Assembly. She pledged never to disappoint them, adding that she was turning full circle to have the Yaounde V had its share of development.

He cited some infrastructural, agricultural and electrification project her team was collaborating with other government structures to have them executed in the constituency.

Hon Nanga Georgette said she was not relenting, reason why she is sourcing for funds for other short term projects like support to associations and cooperatives on animal husbandry and fisheries.
