302 young people have been offered months of training in six Far North towns, namely, Mokolo, Mogodé, Mora and the three towns of the borough of Maroua.
They had six months of training in small scale businesses. Camille Mouthe a Bidias, CEO of the National Employment Fund (FNE) and Coordinator of the Special Program for Urban Employment (USEP) gave them their "work certificates" on November 4, 2015.
This was at the municipality of the first district of the city of Maroua during the launching of the third session of the Programme. Of the 302 young beneficiaries of the pilot phase of the USEP program, 277 had saved part of the salary that was paid them monthly, a total of over 22 million francs, representing their share in creating their own jobs.
