Baham population joins Biya in the fight against Boko Haram

The people of Baham organised a match which took place Saturday in the Central Highlands in support of the head of State in the fight against Boko Haram.

Activists and supporters of the ruling party came from all nooks and crannies of the Highlands (Baham, Bamendjou, Bailey and Built) in support of the head of State in the declared war against the Islamist sect Boko Haram.

Each of the speakers who took the floor at the pulpit said that without information and especially intelligence, the country cannot overcome this nebula that kills, abducts, and terrorizes the population.

Bamendjou Mayor René Kamdoum thus urged people to report to law enforcement forces all foreigners entering the villages.

The vice-president of the National Assembly, Théodore Datouo, while recalling the difficult moments of the maquis, has shown that the danger often comes from the inside, and thus urged everyone to report anyone suspicious in their entourage.

Nearly a dozen speakers from various engagements within the CPDM in this district abounded in the same direction.

Dr. Clément Kouam read the motion of support from the populations of the Department to the head of the State. The motion of support was given to the prefet of the Hauts-Plateaux, Luc Ndongo who also insisted on the need to educate the FMO on any suspicious movement so that they can take action.
