8 students in Bepanda school fall into coma in class

Classes were disrupted in a private secondary school in the Bepanda neighbourhood of Douala on Thursday, October 8, 2015, after eight students fell into a coma.

Reports from credible sources said students were seen ferrying their affected classmates to nearby medical centres at the end of the first period.

The same sources said the phenomenon is not new in the school, having become commonplace after the reopening of each academic year.
