Ignored in the government reshuffle of October 2, 2015, while many observers of the political scene vowed for her a place in government, the youngest daughter of the former President of Cameroon is at a crossroad.

According to L’œil du Sahel No. 748 of Monday, October 19, 2015, Aminatou Ahidjo now lives with all kinds of promises and rumors, such as the popular appointment to the head of the National Investment Company (NIC), replacing Yaou Aissatou.

The newspaper says it is a big surprise Aminatou Ahidjo is not part of the government team after her amazing performance in the ranks of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM), the ruling party in September 2013, just a few days to the legislative and municipal elections.

Her exclusion surprises many political observers, who have constantly speculated the imminent Ministerial jump seat to be royally awarded. Today, Aminatou Ahidjo is plunged in doubt. "It is not serene at the moment. After all the advice for her to make up her mind, she wasn't included," the newspaper quotes one of his few people who still believes in her.

The source says, "She [Aminatou Ahidjo] stabbed her mother in the back which, morally and physically, is not right."
