Njalla Quan, Dynamic FC register first league wins in 2015

After a long wait of six winless games, two of Southwest representatives in League One and Two finally registered their first victories in 2015 last weekend.

Njalla Quan Sports Academy, NQSA break the deadlock to register their first victory after beating visiting Fovu of Baham 1-0 at the Limbe Centenary Stadium. The win was the first for NQSA in seven games since the commencement of the League.

The victory saw NQSA leap from the 18th to the 14th position a point shy of the relegation zone. Meanwhile, the defeat sent Fovu of Baham to the relegation zone at 16th position.

On her Part, two goals from striker Seth Mokeba midway in the second half gave Dynamic FC their first win in the ongoing League Two as they defeated Dynamo FC of Douala 2-0 at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium on Saturday, March 21,2015.

The victory came after five winless games since the commencement of the League, suffering three draws and two defeats. Thanks to the victory, Dynamic FC moved five places from its initial 15th position to occupy the 10th position on the log.

On the other hand, Dynamo of Douala before the game had registered two victories and two defeats and were at the 11th position with six points before losing to Dynamic in Buea.

Lion Blessé of Fotouni and Coton Sport of Garoua are the only teams that have remained unbeaten after seven days of play.

Canon Sportif of Yaounde, formed in 1930 is the only team in both League One and Two yet to record a victory in seven games. So far, Canon have registered five draws and two defeats in seven games to occupy the 17th position on the log.

In League Two, Sable of Batie aka "San San Boys" founded in 1995 and winners of the Cameroon Première Division (League One) in 1999, have been declared general forfeiture after been demoted to League Two last year.
