Cup of Cameroon: Coton Sport, Panthere enjoy away wins

The first leg of the Cup of Cameroon quarterfinals saw Coton Sport of Garoua and Panthere of Nde both enjoying away victories over Njalla Quan Sports Academy, NQSA and Kumbo Strikers respectively.

The Kumbo Strikers-Panther of Nde game that took place on Wednesday, October 29, saw the Kumbo Boys beaten at their own back yard-Tobin Municipal Stadium by visiting League 1 side Panthere 0-1.

The Kumbo Boys will have to beat Panthere in Bagante without conceding a goal when the two sides meet for the return leg match on Wednesday, November 5, at the Bagante Municipal Stadium.

On her part, it was a sad day for the Limbe relegation faced side, Njalla Quan as they were humiliated by current League 1 leaders and five times cup of Cameroon champs, Coton Sport of Garoua, 1-3.

The boys from Victoria will have a hard nut to crack when they travel to Garoua in the return leg. The return legs will take place on November 5, 2014.
