Coton FC ends YOSA's run

Yong Sports Academy’s (YOSA) three match unbeaten run came to an abrupt end after they were thrashed by their host Coton Sport of Garoua 2-0 at the Roumde-Adja, Stadium in Garoua on Sunday, March 22, 2015.

YOSA had won their last three matches, 1 away and 2 home, but this weekend's clash was in stark contrast to the 2-0 win against Dragon Club of Yaounde at the Mankon Municipal Stadium.

That fixture saw YOSA net two goals, but chances were few and far between for the visiting side in the encounter against Coton Sport.

Before going into the game against The Cottoners of Garoua, both sides have 12 points with YOSA ahead of their host thanks to a goal difference advantage.

The victory has catapulted Coton Sport of Garoua(13 times champs) to the 2nd position, while YOSA dropped to the 4th position and out of a Champions League.
