Cameroon Cup handball finalists known

After the defeats in the away leg of the semifinals meetings of the Cup of Cameroon in Handball, both the Tonnerre Kalara club (TKC) women's team and the Eséka Eclair men's team defeated their opponents to clinch their tickets for the final.

Beaten, 25-23, in the first leg by INJS Women by Cameroon, TKC made the difference in the return leg, emerging victorious 29-22. It will be a classic game in the final in the women when FAP of Yaoundé takes on TKC.

The clubs are very familiar with one another and confrontations between the two teams often produce a classical performance.

In the Eclair Eséka and Bamenda-HB meeting, the scoreboard showed 26-22. Players of Nyong-et-Kelle managed a feat by inflicting a blow to their executioners of the first leg (23-26). In this poster among novices is Eséka Eclair who will play the final against the club of armed forces and police (FAP).

"The team showed that you could count on it this year. For developers, it just takes focus and who knows, "we can win the first title of the young club," said a team member.

Novice in the court, Eséka Eclair is willing to move the lines and make history in the men's handball.

But Fonsho, captain of FAP admitted that the stakes are big and it will be a hard duel.

As a reminder, FAP ladies qualified after two wins of 19-25 and 25-23 against Dynamique de Bokito. Meanwhile, the gentlemen beat Minuh (16-22; 19-25) in both games.

The victors will qualify for the final contest for the Clubs Champions Cup next year.
