This Canal d’Or is not only a blessing but a responsibility - Moustik Charismatik

He is one of the most beautiful feathers in humor. For almost two years, his reputation continues to grow and skits are increasingly relevant and hilarity to break ribs. Brave winner of the Canal d'Or for Best Comedian, Moustik Charismatik did not hide his joy. He also shared with us his ‘Dynasty pal Tiger’ on the podium.

Q: It was as expected and now it's done; Moustik Charismatik was crowned Best Comedian. It is a blessing, let's say.

A: It is a consecration, it is a blessing. It is primarily a heavy burden that I carry on my shoulders from the time when I caressed the trophy, because it is not the title that makes the man but it is the man who makes the title. It's a big pride also because the long artistic journey on which I am committed is only at the first station to which Canal d'Or has refueled. I can still boost faith and the hardwork because we have a reason to continue. Now it is also a challenge because it is fine to have to ask what we are going to offer better now to those who have supported us and want to see more so we do not fall into the trap of laziness.

Q: Big challenge eh?

A: Many of the same challenges, and the first would be to successfully celebrate this trophy because I have people who are already waiting for their beer in the neighborhood. I'm done (laughs).

Q: Honestly, were you expecting it?

A: Did I expect? I would say yes, because those who fell into this category, we got used to cross on each tray and knew the potential of the other. Some of them had even sent me messages of encouragement and congratulations even before that night. That's right. I won, but it is not necessarily because I am the best, but because I am one of the best and this is like a rainbow in the sky. It’s just my color shone more than the others tonight.

Q: Definitely a rave will be held to celebrate this trophy; then watered when and where?

A: For now, we prefer to keep the date a secret so it will not be full of ‘Je m’invite’ (without invitation) but I can confirm that it will be at the Golden Tower. With or without a trophy that was already planned to thank all those fans who are growing in the number. Really thank you to all Cameroonians; these are young people who still believe in their dreams, because they will get there.
