Petit Pays promises to "chase Nigerians from Cameroon"

Petit Pays is not happy as the "African turbo" expressed anger Saturday night in Douala during the concert "ifest music show" which he partook.

The giant of the Cameroonian music lashed sponsors and foreign artistes, especially Nigerians.

He thus got on the stage, set up at the Government Place, the administrative district of Bonanjo and said that sponsors, "Rabbi Rabba" paid large sums to foreign artistes performing while local artistes received the crumbs.

"Sponsors do not trust us. They are confused by foreigners. I have to change things. And today I alone can do it. In each creek, there is a crocodile. True or false? Foreigners come to invade us with music they have imitated. They are not singers. They are not musicians. They have no soul. And sponsors trust them. They give them a lot of money. 500 million, 300 million," says displeased Petit Pays.

He promises to hunt foreign music, including Nigerian. "My next album will come out in February. It's called 'you must forgive.' I cast Nigerians in Cameroon. Oh, I alone can drive them. True or false? I did it for Kwassa Kwassa at the time. I chased the Congolese. Now, I have Nigerians", said the Cameroonian artist.

On Saturday, December 6, 2014, the "iFest Music Show" returned with its 3rd edition. It was organized by the Cameroon subsidiary of the mobile phone company in South Africa MTN.

Alongside Cameroonian artistes Petit Pays and Stanley Magasco Enow, Nigerians Tiwa Savage, Skales, Yemi Alade and Don Jazzy were present.
