Kiessou, Prosby to rock in 2015 as well

2014 ended more promising for urban music in Cameroon. Among those who contributed to this movement which continually entertained the public is no other than the young star, Michael Kiessou.

Any other opinion will agree that during the last major events of the end of last year, he rendered one of the greatest live performances.

With the national success he had with his hit ‘Benam’ followed by the inevitable ‘Tournez les reins’, he recently made available to the public ‘Wopalilo’ featuring C’Prime. The video shoot ended well, in a pretty legendary place in Yaoundé.

With the use of certain pictures and the location, the clip is of exceptional image quality. The originality of which probably marks his era. This does not come as a surprise because he is an artiste, who had always wanted to innovate and beat his own records, while avoiding stepping over the beaten track.

But what surprised us is that the release of the clip which was announced on January 3, 2015 was a missed opportunity!

Everyone expects ‘Wopalilo’ to be at a level that will be hard to beat in the course of this year.

In the same vein, the Mboa boy, Prosby, known for his splendid voice has been able to get to the limelight with his single ‘Mboa girl’. Since then, he has been more doing collaborations with artistes who have already veterans in the music industry.

However, the public is already asking for more of him and Prosby as an artiste who has worked with his team to bring out something new and enticing. He was set to release a new song entitled ‘Yayato’ to inspire others which is certainly going to stand out from what he always produced.

It was announced on social networks, the song called ‘Yayato’ would be released to the public on December 29 2014. But so far, nothing has been heard of it. The public is still waiting and eager to see Mboa Boy in his new spot.

Yayato, speaks volumes about the direction and colorations of life. Those who have had the chance to listen to the song at the studio believe that this new output has Prosby’s touch. But we hope that, the waiting time will be at the height of the object of expectation. And that the public will finally get what they have been waiting for.

One thing is certain, 2015 started pretty well on this side of the urban music. Young people are determined to change that. They are ready to occupy the top spots and win the victories in music.

We only have to cross our fingers and wait for the day it finally rises. And you could listen to these musical notes outputs of morning vocal cords on our African birds.
