The Mannequin Challenge is sweeping social media, with everyone from police forces, students and celebrities taking part. A viral video craze, it involves people imitating mannequins and freezing for the camera while music plays in the background.
The Indomitable Lionesses who just qualified for the semi-finals of the women’s Africa Cup of Nations 2016 pulled out a zeitgeisty, Mannequin challenge in their locker room. In the video posted on Instagram by Gaëlle Enganamouit you can spot the footballers in freeze mode while music plays on the background.
