It is a name that could raise questions and emotions at the same time, but Nathalie Koah away from what may have happened, has resumed a normal life and now embarks on new projects. Culturebene tells you more about her daily life, and its prospects.
Q: Nathalie Koah, good evening.
A: Good evening, sir.
Q: You are now quite a busy person and it’s not easy to get in contact with you. Thank you for agreeing to this interview with Culturebene.com.
A: You know the pleasure is mine instead and reassured of my time.
Q: What if we started with a brief introduction of yourself?
A: So ... I 'm Nathalie Koah a young Cameroonian who will soon turn 28 years old. I work in the airline industry. Also an agent of operations at Camair-Co but I think I’ll stop here.
Q: it’s obvious that you are a celebrity now. So how do you deal with this everyday; is it very stressful?
A: It may surprise you but I do not set myself as a celebrity. I do not even recognize myself as such. The only evidence, I often make small attacks on my Instagram, then I realize that, Phew ! I am followed by 5,000 people and wonder why it’s so. Well I changed my mind because people reacted to every little thing I post.
In short, I 'm not a "celebrity”. I was unfortunately thrown in the lime light. Even though I won’t tell you everything, I try as much as possible to mange my time every day. I go about my business normally and there a lot that has changed in my everyday life except my dating.
Q: And how is a day spent by Nathalie Koah?
A: Well, I get up at half past six and at half past seven I must be at work. I'm back around noon or 13:00 to take a little rest and then I leave for work again. At 17hrs I am done for the day at work and finally get to focus on my personal projects.
Q: You mentioned earlier about your tight schedule but we often see you in the club certainly to chill out. Is that how 2015 otherwise it would be a 2015 full year outlook ? You would like that you want what?
A: (Laughs) I 'm going back the second and third aspects of your question because I see what you are driving at. I do not go out regularly. It’s true that I decided to do a little partying last December because I really needed to release some stress. I lived a delicate and difficult time.
I don’t not want to further probe on some issues but hey we’ll try to brush it. Everyone knows what I have had to endure, and frankly you have no idea, it was extremely hard and complicated at once. So I had to get involved with people and have fun which for me was a necessity.
Q: But you do go out.
A: Yes, I go out but much more in a social setting. I go out not being afraid of the gaze of others. So you asked me about my plans for 2015. I would say there are some small projects I will undertake here and there and to stay healthy.
Q: You mentioned recently Instagram and you are very active on social networks. What motivated you to this open world after all you've been through?
A: Nothing, personal; to be honest it was not an intention. It just happened this summer and I started Instagram because when I logged on to some sites I could not relate to the comments. You know if you want to judge a person as much do it based on the truth. Then I signed up, posted my photos with a caption for others to know who I really am instead knowing from source that not always reliable.
Honestly, there were times I felt really lonely after all the hard times. So I felt the urge to reach out to people to explain. In short, people tell me, "Oh Nathalie thought you were this or that, but now we see that it’s not quite right”. It's cool, I socialize even more and I am enjoying the life. Since the beginning of this year, I have also opened an official facebook account. Actually I had wanted to that a long time ago but people created false accounts in my name. Thus I took my time to implement something professional.
Q: In terms of resolution, we realized that you have withheld other projects with the imminent launch of your hostess agency. Can you tell us about it?
A: The truth is that it is a project conceived by my staff. I can’t dwell more on the subject because we are about to launch the project. Rest assured culturebene will know more when the time comes.
Q: Tell us something little Nathalie, exclusives are can be managed.
A: (Laughs) ok; good, Face Of Cameroon is an agency of hostesses and host to various events such as banquets, conferences, weddings, anything that calls for n occassion. It is true that we have a VIP key and chic because many do not value this aspect "Home" or “Protocol".
Q: We would like to know, is your heart still available?
A: No, my heart is no longer available.
Q: Tell us all is how long it has been?
A: Wow! Your questions. Well, to be honest it's been going on a little more than a year. And within the ‘rough period’ he stood for use instead of fleeing. He supported me a lot while I had lost confidence in myself. You know, having a man to have been supportive throughout these hard times until the end is just awesome.
Q: Would there be a baby project this 2015?
A: (Laughs) Anyway, he is ready, but you know, after all this hype around me, we must take a step back. At the same time I am not yet steady, I have a lot of existing projects, and under these conditions it is a little bit complicated to think of a "child." But I really want to; so if by the middle of the year, all goes as we hope why not.
Q: Nathalie Koah anything like listening to Cameroonian music?
A: I love ‘Elle n’a pas vu’ by Charlotte Dipanda; I hope I got the title right. I listen to Mani Bella but I also love X – Maleya.
Q: Small, what do you dream to do for a living?
A: I have always dreamed of one thing; being a flight attendant. Now, is it consistent with the management of a home? This is where the shoe pinches. It's a bit restrictive, especially when one wants to start other personal projects. Nathalie Koah thank you and Happy New Year.
Please, all the fun was for me, and Best to you especially .
