Hope Music Group announces the return of Michael Kiessou

Earlier on in December, Hope Music Group announced the release of the video for the single “Wopalilo (Sagat Sagat)” by their artiste Michael Kiessou.

A few weeks later, the artiste announced his retirement from the music scene for personal reasons. We later learned that the life of the artiste was actually threatened and he had to deal with acts of sabotage in the workplace and abuse of some developers.

This decision was highly commented and criticized because Michael Kiessou was still evolving and people wanted more from him as an artiste.

During this time the artiste has been refreshed by traveling and spending time with his family who greatly influenced his decision to return. Michael Kiessou therefore takes the mic like a boxer takes his gloves this time around.

The video of ‘Wopalilo (Sagat Sagat)’ will finally be available online on Youtube slotted for January 20.
