15th. edition of Fescarhy to be held July 2 to 7 in Yaounde

The 15th. edition of the international festival of caricature and humour of Yaoundé will be held from 02 to 07 July in the Saint Anastasie wood (Yaoundé).

This 15th. edition is under the theme "life pencil ... a life of humour."
