Suspect Bandit Arrested

Security forces surprised a group of suspected armed bandits in the night of November 25 attacking a certain Adamou Djibo of Nigerian nationality at the "Ancien Troisieme" neighbourhood.

Upon seeing the security officers, the suspected bandits quickly vamoosed but the uniformed men succeeded to nab one of them, a certain Claude Alain Moumi, as the others disappeared into thin air.

On the spot of the aggression was found a well-sharpened new machete and a double-edged dagger. The victim was taken to a health centre for the treatment of the machete-inflicted wounds administered on him by the bandits. As for the bandit, he was taken to judicial police with his arsenal for further questioning.
